Return Policy

Buyer can return any purchased item within 14 days of delivery. Exceptions are items intended to be for personal use that is in contact with body fluid such as smoking pipe. Buyer pays return freight, exceptions will be damage, wrong items sent - in these cases we will take care of the situation at no extra cost to buyers. Return must be in original packaging, and in re-stockable condition. Interior packaging is important to ensure item arrive at our warehouse in good condition. When using tape, please ONLY use clear tape. 


Return & Refund procedure:


If item is damaged, please send picture of damaged item and packaging. Customer Service will examine and arrange refund or replacement of your choice within 1 business day. Email address is: cs@fixturedisplays.com.


If you are unsatisfied with the product for wrong size, color, or just don't feel like it, you can ship the item back to us to this address: Fixture Dislays LLC, 2333 Wisconsin Ave, Downers Grove, IL 60515. Be sure to include your order number and reason of return. You can do by print out a copy of your order confirmation, or for electronic transmittal, use "Returns" form under customer service. Return is checked and processed within 2 business days. 15% restocking charge apply. Refund will be send back to you same way as you made payment with. Allow one billing cycle for refund to show up in your credit card statement.
