Return Policy

Buyer can return within 30 days of purchase. Exceptions are items intended to be for personal use that is in contact with body fluid such as smoking pipe. Buyer pays return shipping. If seller shipped wrong product, or damaged, we take full responsibility. Return must be in original packaging, and in re-stockable condition. Interior packaging is important to ensure item arrive at our warehouse in good condition. When using tape, please ONLY use clear tape. 

If item is damaged, please send picture of damaged item and packaging. Customer Service will examine and arrange refund or replacement of your choice within 1 business day. Email address is: cs@fixturedisplays.com.

Return is checked and processed within 2 business days. 15% restocking charge apply. Refund will be send back to you same way as you made payment with. Allow one billing cycle for refund to show up in your credit card statement.
